Hamurex was founded in Konya, in 2003. Fresh and high-quality raw materials are combined with the efforts of experts hands. For several years, we have approached the bakery products sector from a brand new perspective in Konya. Carefully crafting innovative and unique flavors, we have obtained high-quality products. Dozens of things from simit to boyoz, from pizza to water pastry. We have worked hard to offer a variety of products, from frozen to fresh, without losing their taste, and we succeeded. We have added beverage groups to our 100% traditional production. As a facility with the Halal Certificate, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 certifications, we analyze the needs of our sector well and enable you to get the fastest productivity by saving from labor and time. PRODUCT SUPPLY
In our facility, where skillful hands and innovative production technologies are combined, 100,000 bagels are produced daily in addition to all oven groups. The products, which are shocked in the first ring of the cold chain, are delivered to you so that they can take their place on your counters in a way that will ensure high customer satisfaction without any operational difficulties.
